Eyes Wide Shut
Eyes Wide Shut (Les Yeux Grands Fermés) by Ekaterina Aristova presents 20 abstract artworks most of which were painted with eyes closed - an attempt for the artist to face fears, insecurities, doubts, memories, hidden desires, everything that forms an inner unconscious universe. It is a journey inside oneself, a risky experience, the goal of which is to take a step towards absolute freedom and the revelation of one's deep and hidden being. By emotion, by music, by gesture through the fingertips - a spontaneous and impulsive projection of a moving and emotional inner universe.
